2018-2019 DFRW EXECUTIVE BOARD
Frances Turner is the Treasurer of the Delaware Federation of Republican Women. Since joining the Seaford Republican Women’s Club six years ago, she has served in a variety of roles and has been President since 2016.
Other community service roles include the Delaware American Legion Auxiliary as State Treasurer for eight years and as State President from 2004 thru 2005.
She has also been the Delaware State President for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary from 2014 thru 2015 and a subsequent appointment by the National VFW Auxiliary as Eastern States Chairman for Legislative and Scholarships.
Fran and her husband, Richard, live in Seaford.

Cathy Murray serves as Secretary of the Delaware Federation of Republican Women and Vice President of the Kent County Republican Women’s Club. She also chairs the Kent County Republican’s Annual Lincoln Day Dinner.
Prior roles have included 29th RD Chair of the Kent County Republican Committee, Chair of a DEGOP State Convention, Secretary of the DEGOP and Past President of the Kent County Republican Women, along with a variety of other club roles.
Cathy Watts serves as President of the Delaware Federation of Republican Women and is immediate Past President of Sussex County Republican Women's Club and DFRW Leadership Chair. She is the Past Chair of the 20th RD of the Sussex County Executive Committee and was honored to receive the Peg Hood Volunteer of the Year Award for Sussex County from the Delaware Republican Party in 2016.
Past Federation roles have included President of the Mid-Shore League of Republican Women in Easton MD, 4th Vice President of the MD Federation and Fundraising Chair of the CT Federation.
She has served on the district congressional and/or campaign staffs of former CT Congressman Gary A. Franks and former CT Congresswoman Nancy L. Johnson, as well as staff to state cabinet officers in CT and MD under Governors John Rowland and Bob Ehrlich.
In 2009 she was appointed Interim Executive Director of the MDGOP and has served in a variety of roles locally and statewide with Republican Women and the Republican Party in all three states for more than 27 years. Cathy lives in Milton and has two children and one grandchild.
